Orders Policy:
The confirmation of an order by e-mail or any other type of electronic confirmation does not constitute E-tackroom.com/Control Specialties acceptance of the order. E-tackroom/Control Specialties, Inc. has the right to refuse shipment without any prior notification.
Return Policy:
No returns with/out prior authorization. Damaged items must be reported to carrier upon receipt. All returns subject to a 15% restocking fee. Shipping charges on returned items will be assumed by the purchaser.
