E-Tackroom Return Policy
Due to production costs there will be a 15% restocking fee on all returns of horse supply products with the exception of factory defects or errors in shipping. All returns will be issued a Return Authorization number when our office is notified of the reason for the return. All items will require a formal inspection and must be clean on return. Cancellations and changes to an order can be made until the time the order is put into production at the factory.

Canceling an Order
We cannot cancel an order once it has been shipped. Back orders may be cancelled by contacting us, or by Tel: 866-532-7736.
Shipping
E-tackroom/Control Specialties ships via UPS, FedEx and FedEx Ground. Actual shipping charges will be adjusted for weight and dimension of items shipped and shown on the shopping cart order form. Shipping and deliveries are made in accordance with the standard rules and regulations of these respective shippers.
Please Note: Shipping Rates May Increase If Product Is Shipped In Partial Packages Through Multiple Deliveries
Arrival time for standard ground shipments is dependent on the distance of the package destination. E-tackroom.com/Control Specialties does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or national U.S. holidays. E-tackroom.com/Control Specialties, Inc. does not deliver to post office boxes.

If an incorrect billing address is submitted we will refuse shipment. Your credit card will not be charged until the day of shipment.
